hi

iam facing adsense issue states that Your account wasn’t approved. You need to fix some issues before you can use AdSense,

i previously made adsense account in 2016, but i didnt recive the pin to verify it, by the i recive the pin code i alrealy deleted my whole gmail account.

now i want to create another one but it keeps giving me the same error to delete previous adsense account you already had one, and i have no access to that previous account.

please guide me on this one.
